He is that rare combination …master builder with the patience of a saint for his clients. We wanted to be very involved with our project and John was always open minded and so patient with our many questions, requests, and concerns.
The few hiccups we did encounter along the way…John always had a solution and his plan B was better than our original plan A.
We cannot say enough positive things about John, his son John Junior, daughter in law Rosie and his many wonderful sub-contractors.
Smart, experienced, honest, dependable, accessible, resourceful, creative, collaborative, communicative, budget “wise” and deadline conscious are all words we would use to describe John, John Junior and Rosie.

In fact, many of the decisions were kept to a spec that is in the Terracina vernacular, such as the wonderful floors and cabinetry. We simply let Rosie work to design our home: after she listened and established our personal style, we collaborated to create an upscale modern classic home that is yet casual, warm and inviting. Rosie then produced design boards for her concepts and we gave her a thumbs up or switched out a few products to match our taste.The service overall was fantastic as well. We needed to move in by a specific date and the Russo’s made that happen. All phone calls were promptly returned and any minor problems were sorted out as soon as possible.”
